  • Does my project include a warranty?

    Absolutely! We include and complimentary 24 month warranty on all of our projects.

  • How can I schedule a free in-home consultation?

    We serve the south eastern Michigan region. To schedule a free in-home consultation - Please call or text 833-6-BRICKS (833-627-4257)

  • Do I need to be home for the free in-home consultation?

    We believe in transparency. In our experience, we found it best when all decision makers are available during our in-home consultation. While the expert is at your home, that would be the best time to answer any questions regarding your particular project.

  • Do I need to pull a permit with the city for my project?

    "It's The Brick Guys" is an entity with a Michigan Builders Licenses. In the event a permit is required for your project, we will handle all paperwork and permit fees, complimentary to our clients.

  • Do I have to be home during the project?

    That is 100% up to you, it is not required. 99.9% of the work we do is outdoor work, so all we need is access to your outdoor electrical and water outlets.

  • Will there be a mess on my property after the project?

    Absolutely not! We periodically clean up as we go so that our project looks as clean as possible, even during construction. At the end of the project, we conduct one final clean up and then we dispose all of the debris related to your project.

  • Does "It's The Brick Guys" have general liability insurance?

    Absolutely! We carry a copy of our current *active* liability policy at all times.

  • Should I seal my brick paver patio?

    We do not recommend sealing pavers, the sealer ultimately "chokes" the pavers causing them to discolor. If sealed, the sealer must be applied every season. We carry out many service calls to "strip" sealers from patios/walkways due to previously sealing them.
